Terms of Use

These terms cover use of the public website at https://sunshinecolorado.com. They do not set the tasks, hours, or payment for home care. Those come from the authorized service plan and the agreements for that care.

Not emergency care

Sunshine HomeCare Colorado is a licensed non-medical home care agency. This website is not a doctor, a nurse line, or emergency care. Call 911 in an emergency. We are not a Medicare-certified home health agency.

Using the forms

You may send a service inquiry, a job application, an IHSS interest note, a survey, or a grievance through the forms on this site. Do not put medical details, a diagnosis, a Medicaid ID, a Social Security number, or a signature in those forms or in ordinary email to care@sunshinecolorado.com. Forms that need that information use a separate secure HIPAA form when it is connected. Phone and email hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Mountain Time.

What you agree not to do

• Do not send false information or someone else’s information without authority.
• Do not try to break, overload, or probe the site.
• Do not use the site to send spam or malware.

Site content and other websites

The text and illustrations on this site are for this agency’s public pages. You may share a link. You may not copy the pages and present them as your own service. Links to CDPHE, HCPF, and other agencies leave this site. Those agencies set their own rules.

No promise that the site is error-free

We work to keep the pages accurate. A page can be out of date. Eligibility, hours, and covered tasks still come from the case manager and the service plan, not from a sentence on this website. Read the client rights and grievance page for how to raise a concern about care.
